Refund Policy

Refund & Return Policy for HMV Co.

At HMV Co., each item is made to order and produced through Tapstitch exclusively for you. Because of this custom production process, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed, except for verified production defects or fulfillment errors.

1. All Sales Are Final

Since every product is custom printed and made on demand, all sales are final. Please confirm your size, color, and order details before completing checkout, as we cannot modify or restock personalized items.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos.
After verification, we will coordinate with Tapstitch to provide a replacement or credit at no extra cost for the same item originally ordered.

3. Shipping Issues

If your shipment is lost or marked delivered but not received, notify us within 10 days of the delivery date. We will assist in investigating with Tapstitch and the shipping carrier.
Please ensure your address is accurate — we cannot replace orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they enter production, which typically begins within a few hours of ordering. If you contact us immediately after purchase, we will attempt to stop processing, but cancellations are not guaranteed.

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The product is defective or misprinted

  • The incorrect item was sent

  • The order was never produced or shipped (verified by Tapstitch)

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method; timing depends on your payment provider.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for sizing or color errors since all items are custom made. Please review our size charts or reach out before ordering if unsure.

7. Returns Shipping

Do not send items back to Tapstitch or HMV Co. without prior approval. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted. If a return is approved, we’ll provide instructions via email.
