Thank you for shopping with HMV Co.
We’re committed to getting your custom-made apparel to you as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, produced, and delivered through our Wix × Tapstitch system.
1. Order Processing & Production
All HMV Co. products are made to order and fulfilled through Tapstitch.
After your order is placed, it enters production within a few hours.
Typical production times are:

Standard apparel: 5 – 10 business days

Outerwear or specialty items: 7 – 14 business days
During peak seasons or product launches, production may take slightly longer.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been submitted and another when it ships with your tracking number.
2. Shipping Times
Once your order has been produced and packaged, it will ship directly from Tapstitch’s fulfillment center.
Average transit times are:

U.S. orders: 3 – 7 business days after production

Canada: 7 – 14 business days after production

International: 10 – 21 business days after production
Actual delivery time depends on your location, carrier service, and any customs processing delays.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight, destination, and shipping method.
Occasionally, HMV Co. may offer promotional free shipping or discounted rates during special events.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

5. Shipping Carriers
Tapstitch partners with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other region-specific couriers to ensure reliable delivery.
The carrier used for your order is automatically selected based on your location and order size.
6. Wrong Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.
HMV Co. and Tapstitch are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an invalid address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
If your package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, please check with your local postal service or delivery neighbors first, then contact us within 10 days so we can assist with a carrier investigation.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
In rare cases where a package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us at zeeman005@gmail.com within 10 days of the estimated delivery date.
We’ll work with Tapstitch and the shipping carrier to locate your order or issue a replacement when appropriate.
Please note that once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, HMV Co. cannot guarantee exact delivery times, especially during holidays or inclement weather.
8. International Orders & Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon arrival.
Customs policies vary by country, and delays due to customs processing are outside our control.
9. Split Shipments
To ensure faster delivery, your order may arrive in multiple packages depending on availability or item type.
If this occurs, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
